David Grimes, Conway's City Alderman, Was Caught Dumpster Diving

David Grimes, Conway Alderman, was caught dumpster diving. City Alderman Grimes along with other city officials misappropriated city revenues causing a huge budget shortfall of $1.8 million.

Desperately needing cash reserve funds, David Grimes and his cohorts raided Conway's Sanitation reserves in order to balance the city's checkbook.

Then, Alderman Grimes and other council members raised the sanitation rates nearly 40% on the residents of Conway to reimburse the Sanitation Department for their financial mismanagement of city finances.
